At Snatched Shapewear, your confidence and hygiene are our top priorities 💜

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final on full-body garments, waist-trainers, shorts, and bras. This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Exchanges

• Waist trainers are eligible for one exchange only
• Gift purchases are eligible for one exchange only

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by a valid receipt or gift receipt
• Within one week of purchase

Please note: We do not provide return shipping labels. All return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. No exceptions will be made.

To begin an exchange, please contact us at contact@snatchedshapewear.us  

If your exchange is approved and within our policy guidelines, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. You may also complete your exchange in-store with valid proof of purchase.
